Dear Editor: So, exactly which part of "No Parking Here Any Time" don't people understand? It totally confounds me every time I go into the Southgate parking lot and see cars parked on double yellow lines in front of stores, blocking entry or exit to the spots that are clearly marked. The parking lot across from John Burns Park is equally dangerous.
